Product Description

Each in romantic-esque pose dressed in period costume; the male leaning on a post with his foot resting on a spade. The female carrying flowers and a basket, each on circular bases. Retaining a high definition of casting.

  • Height female: 51ins (130cm)

Provenance; Probably supplied for the garden pf Hyning Hall, Wharton, Carnforth, Lancashire, a country house owned by the Peel family, wealthy Lancashire industrialists circa 1809. The hall was sold by family descendants in 1973.
