E-Commerce & Privacy
The website (www.haugheyantiques.co.uk) sells ANTIQUES and FINE ART online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Delivery and Returns
The Provider will supply all goods in good order to the provider’s preferred carrier/delivery company and deliver to User’s UK delivery address. A charge of £90 per item will apply including full transit insurance. The Provider will give customised quotes for shipping outside the UK.
If for any reason an item purchased is not completely satisfactory the User must inform HAUGHEY ANTIQUES LTD either by email info@haugheyantiques.co.uk or by telephone +44 (0) 1768371302 and return the item within14 days in the same condition as originally sent. A full refund will be issued.
